The manufacturing of a high quality product starts with raw material sourcing and needs to be continued in the spinning process.

In our Swiss mill, Ring-, Compact- and Royal- (Siro-) spinning machines are installed. The revolutionary AirJet spinning technology, which allows a significant improvement of the pilling properties, completes the range of available spinning technologies.

In our mill in the United States we concentrate on the production of high quality ring-spun yarns as well as on slub yarns, which deliver interesting fashionable effects.

Bühler's top quality yarns are manufactured with latest technology equipment and are continuously adapted to new developments. We constantly search for improvements and make sure that our findings are quickly introduced into our production process. The entire manufacturing process is computer-monitored, which allows us to detect and eliminate irregularities immediately.
