Uncompromised quality is what we aim for in customer service, too. Most important is punctuality and reliability. We are fully committed to precisely meet promised delivery dates.

A wide range of stock items allows us to ship most orders from inventory immediately and to provide also smaller quantities with reasonable efforts. Any shipment reaches our European or U.S. customers in just a few days. And if our inventory is not sufficient to meet our customer’s needs, we are able to produce additional quantities within just 2 – 3 weeks thanks to our flexible setup. We are open to spin special blends, yarn twists, etc. on request for our clients.

Due to our two production units in Switzerland and the United States, we are able to be present on-site in Europe or America within just a few days in order to take care of any technical or commercial matters.

Real partnership becomes evident in the way we handle any issues with our products. In case of difficulties in the application of our yarns - which fortunately occur extremely rarely – we are on site very quickly. Our skilled technical customer support has already resolved many difficulties with a short term visit. We emphasize on an open and honest communication. In most cases, we are able to communicate in the language of our customer.
